What is DSW Rewards?
DSW Rewards is a free loyalty program that allows members to earn points with every purchase. Earn enough points and you'll get a DSW Rewards certificate for $10 off your next purchase in stores or online.

Do points ever expire?
Yes. Unredeemed points expire 24 months after they are earned. They will then be deducted from your balance. We will notify you by email prior to expiration.

Once I've earned enough points, how long will it take to receive my Rewards certificate? Back to top
Rewards certificates are issued weekly. Please allow 3-4 weeks to receive your certificate in the mail.
When is my certificate available? Back to top
If we have your contact info, you'll receive a notification when your certificate is available, by email, mail, and/or text. Plus, you can see your available certificates any time by logging in to DSW Rewards!
Remember, no code or paper is necessary to redeem a certificate. Just have a cashier apply it in stores (just give him or her your Rewards number first!), or log in and apply it at online checkout.
Can you reissue my lost/expired certificate? Back to top
As a service to our Rewards members, we offer a one-time exception if you accidentally let your certificate expire. Please call shoephoria! Customer Service at 1.866.DSW.SHOES or Premier Priority at 1.800.306.4217 to have it reissued.

If you're exchanging the item the same day that your certificate was applied, it is still valid for the item you’re exchanging for. However, if you're only making a return, your certificate cannot be reissued.

There's a good chance we haven't seen you in awhile. If you haven't shopped with us within the past year, we won't send you a birthday cert in the mail. (Be sure to check your email—if we have an email address for you, we’ll send you one there!)
If I'm a Rewards member can I get free shipping? Back to top
Yup, you sure can! All Rewards members receive free shipping by spending $35 or more. Just type in the shipping offer code at checkout. You'll see it advertised on the homepage.
