• Create a dsw.com account. If you're already a member, log in now.
• On the Shopping Bag page, under the "Offers and certs? Put 'em here!" section, enter the code into the box and click "Apply."
• Continue with the rest of checkout.

DSW Rewards® Certificates

• When you have earned a Rewards certificate, it will be mailed to you.
• Make sure to log in to redeem your certificate(s) online.
• On the Shopping Bag page, under "Offers and certs? Put 'em here!" section, enter the code into the box and click "Apply."
• Continue with the rest of checkout.
