Redeeming Promotions & Certificates

We reward our loyal customers with promotions and certificates. You can find savings codes on emails, postal mailers, dsw.com delivery box inserts, and Rewards® certificates. Here's how to redeem them.

Promotions

Create a dsw.com account. If you're already a member, log in now.
On the Shopping Bag page, under "Have a promotion or Reward certificate code?" section, make sure the "Check here if you have a promotion code" box is checked.
Proceed to Checkout.
When you arrive at the Promotions page, enter the code into the "Promotion Code" box and click Enter. Repeat for up to 3 codes.
Click the Continue button.

DSW Rewards® Certificates

When you have earned a Rewards certificate, it will be mailed to you.
Make sure to log in to redeem your certificate(s) online.
On the Shopping Bag page, under "Have a promotion or Reward certificate code?" section, make sure the "Check here if you have a promotion code" box is checked.
Proceed to Checkout.
When you arrive at the Promotions page, enter the code into the "DSW Rewards Certificate" box and click Enter. Repeat for up to 3 codes.
Click the Continue button.

Note: For any promotion or certificate, always check offer details to verify that the code is valid online.
