Redeeming Gift Cards & e-Gift Cards
Redeeming Gift Cards
  • Gift Cards with a PIN number can be redeemed online or at DSW stores. (If your gift card does not have a PIN, it can only be redeemed in stores at this time.)
  • Any unused balance will remain on your gift card and can be applied to future purchases.

To redeem at dsw.com:
  • Enter your gift card number in the "DSW Gift Card Number" box located on the Payment page in checkout.
  • Enter the PIN number from the back of your DSW Gift Card.
  • Click the "Apply" button to validate tender before placing your order.

Redeeming an e-Gift Card
  • DSW e-Gift Cards can only be redeemed online at dsw.com.
  • At checkout, the e-Gift Card number and PIN must be entered for each e-Gift Card being redeemed. These numbers can be found by clicking the link used when retrieving and activating the e-Gift Card. Please contact customerservice@cardways.com if you cannot find these numbers.
  • Any unused balance will remain on your e-Gift Card and can be applied to future purchases.
