Redeeming Gift Cards

Gift Cards with a PIN can be redeemed at dsw.com or in DSW stores. (If your gift card does not have a PIN, it can only be redeemed in stores.)
Any unused balance will remain on your gift card and can be applied to future purchases.

To redeem at dsw.com:

On the payment page in checkout, find the section labeled "Gift Card? Use it here."
Enter your gift card number (from the back of your DSW Gift Card) in the box labeled "Gift Card Number."
Enter the PIN number (from the back of your DSW Gift Card) in the box labeled "PIN."
Click the "Apply" button to validate the gift card amount before placing your order.

Redeeming an eGift Card

DSW eGift Cards can only be redeemed online at dsw.com or in a DSW store.
At online checkout, the eGift Card number and PIN must be entered for each eGift Card being redeemed. These numbers can be found by clicking the link used when retrieving and activating the eGift Card. Please contact customerservice@cardways.com if you cannot find these numbers.
Any unused balance will remain on your eGift Card and can be applied to future online purchases.
