  • DSW e-Gift Cards are sent via email. They typically arrive within 12 hours, but can take as long as 48 hours after purchase – depending on when the order is placed.
  • e-Gift cards are available in several designs.
  • Your recipient will be instructed on how to activate the e-Gift Card.
  • You will receive an email confirming delivery.
  • There are no shipping charges for sending an e-Gift Card.
  • Information is stored electronically; no need to worry about losing the card.

DSW e-Gift Card Terms and Conditions
To check the DSW e-Gift Card balance, call 1.888.895.2504, or log on via the internet at dsw.com, or visit any DSW store. You cannot use your DSW e-Gift Card at DSW stores. This e-Gift Card may not be redeemed for cash unless otherwise required by law. If lost or stolen this e-Gift Card cannot be replaced without the original sales receipt. Replacement value will be the value of the e-Gift Card at the time you report the loss or theft. No expiration date. After an online purchase, if the remaining balance of your e-Gift Card is $10.00 or less, you may request a refund of the remaining balance by calling 1.866.379.7463 and providing your name, address and e-Gift Card number. You may also elect to keep your e-Gift Card and apply the remaining balance to future online purchases. Purchase of this e-Gift Card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions of this e-Gift Card are governed by the laws of the state of Ohio. This e-Gift Card is issued by Brand Card Services LLC.
