    Ryka is my go-to brand but this is the first time that I am disappointed. These shoes are unfortunately the exception as they are stiff and feel heavy, quite unlike any other Ryka style I have purchased. They also slip in the heel and feel big, but this is the size that I always purchase and find fit perfectly.

    I ignored the advice of other customers and ordered my usual Ryka size (8.5 W). They were too long especially in the heel. I returned them and ordered an 8 W. Still too long. Finally ordered 7.5 W which is one whole size smaller than usual.

    I ordered a size down, based on other reviews, and these still slipped off my heel. They also lack any arch support or cushioned footbed. Disappointed in the quality. Ryka has the style down, but not the comfort.

    Disappointed in the fit

    The heel is too wide and slips off my foot when I walk. So disappointed because I usually have a great fit with previous Ryka's.

    Too big

    The shoes were ordered a half size smaller than what I normally wear. They arrived too big in length, slipping on both heels. The width was good, but I can't wear them so I had to send them back.
