Purse handle keeps breaking!

I bought this purse for my girlfriend's birthday and the handle broke within 24 hours! But this bag has such a beautiful and unique design so we thought lets just have it replaced, so we did. Its been nearly 30 days and the handle has broken again! We are very frustrated!!

Bought this bag for vacation. I opted to use the body strap. The top handle broke in the first three hours of using the bag. Which is crazy because I never used the top handle to hold it. Super cute bag, don’t expect it to last long if you buy it.

Super Cute Special Occasion Purse

Purse is as pictured. The strap seems a little funny to use because the handle is permanent and does not collapse at all. Definitely not an everyday use item. I bought for an event weekend of coordinated outfits and had to be selective about what I put in the purse- including that I had to get a different wallet that fit in the purse. If used daily, woven part would probably break down pretty quickly from abuse. Color of “leather” is just an off white. Not pure white, not quite cream colored.
