Heel bottom fell off!!!

Worn just a few times! Rubber heel came off without me realizing it, and is lost. Left with a hollow plastic heel and cannot wear!! Quality is going downhill and I'm not happy that I have wasted $ on these. DSW should re-evaluate quality measures! I am a long time DSW customer who is reevaluating whether I want to purchase from DSW anymore after this.

Purchased these and they are incredibly stiff and not comfortable. I tried multiple sizes but couldn’t make them work. They are super cute and versatile but just not a great fit for me.

I have these in both black and tan and I love them. Very comfortable. Fit is true to size. My feet are not narrow and they fit great. Not tight. The toe box is very comfortable.
