I ordered these and they arrived worn and scratched the heels where dirty and worn down what is amazing is that it was sent as an order so disappointed in dsw waiting for my refund

I have many knee high / riding boots and never tried a pair which were so uncomfortable. They buckled by the ankles which resulted in being unsightly and very uncomfortable. Returned them.
