I had a similar pair by the same company that were my very favorite until they blew out. :( These are similar, though they run a half to a full size big. I wish I had read the other review. My previous size with the similar sandal was a 9 and this one will be a half to a full size smaller once I get the returns/exchanges sorted out.

These sandals are gorgeous - I’ve been looking for ones with an ankle strap that are also flat, w no heel, and these fit the bill. They are also really comfortable - I haven’t walked long distances in them yet, but they do have a good, solid sole and a nice amount of support (and not too much padding, which I can’t do w my flat feet). My usual size of 8.5 was too big- but I exchanged for a size down (8) by mail and they are PERFECT! The exchange by mail system is also SUPER easy, and I got my new pair, like, a little over a single day after I mailed in the original pair. LOVE DSW. Fantastic company and excellent deals! Thanks!
