*Your pronation type is determined by the natural motion your feet apply throughout your running gait. When you pronate your foot rolls from either the outer edge, inner edge or not at all. If your foot rolls to the outer edge when you run, you are an underpronator, if it rolls to the inner edge you are a overpronator and if your foot doesn't roll at all you are a neutral or stable runner.

Awesome on trails
"This is a perfect shoe for trails. The rock plate really protects the foot against stabbing rocks underfoot. The lugs offer good grip. I have very narrow feet, so had to pull the laces quite tight resulting in some creasing in the fabric. The shoe was comfortable despite the creasing. I normally wear a size 9 in running shoes, and when I first tried them on was worried they might be too big. After running and my feet swelling a little they fit perfect and were incredibly comfortable on the run.I walked in them all day before I ran in them and there was a little bit of rubbing on my heel, but I didn't experience this on my run."
