*Your pronation type is determined by the natural motion your feet apply throughout your running gait. When you pronate your foot rolls from either the outer edge, inner edge or not at all. If your foot rolls to the outer edge when you run, you are an underpronator, if it rolls to the inner edge you are a overpronator and if your foot doesn't roll at all you are a neutral or stable runner.

Styling sneaks
"I love these trail running shoes. I mostly got them for city walking since they're my favorite colors- black and hot pink. They don't have as much insole support as my other pair of Saucony."

good/bad
"I am pained to write this review. Literally pained. I knew when I bought these shoes that I would have to break them in. But I didn't think that I would be icing my toes a month later. These shoes are sturdy, but the stitching on the tongue rubs the top of my foot just right and I actually have a bump now. The tread is amazing, the neutral stitching on the side is wonderful - I am really upset that I don't think I can keep these shoes. I was really looking forward to hiking with them. The other weird thing? The tread almost feel oily. I slip indoors more easily than I ever have in sneakers before."

Competent trail run shoe
"I have very low arches/over-pronate so the first thing I need is a sneaker that does not roll inwards. This one was ok. Cushioning is adequate inside and the rubber soles have a decent amount of bounce. Good for trail walk/ short run.Got these on clearance in the store + $10 off coupon so for less than $30 it was a great buy. For a $55 shoe it is perfectly fine but you will get more support and cushion from a more expensive shoe. Looks nice too."
