Great "old school" sneaker
"I bought these sneakers for the gym. I am not a runner. I usually wear a size 9 in street shoes and a 9.5 in athletic shoes. Ordered these in a 9.5 and the size is fine. The gray color is a little odd... very blue-gray, but overall it's good looking.Seems to me, sneakers don't hold up as well as they used to. I find they breakdown very quickly. These Pumas are stiff. They remind me of the sturdy sneakers from years ago that actually had to be "broken in". I like that stiffness and feel like they offer great support. They don't have any arch support and don't feel particularly cushy. I replaced the footbed with Dr Scholls gel athletic liners (which I do with all my sneakers) and now they feel great.I am not sure these would be a great choice for a runner. I think they might actually be too stiff and not cushioned enough. But for classes in the gym? They're great."
