*Your pronation type is determined by the natural motion your feet apply throughout your running gait. When you pronate your foot rolls from either the outer edge, inner edge or not at all. If your foot rolls to the outer edge when you run, you are an underpronator, if it rolls to the inner edge you are a overpronator and if your foot doesn't roll at all you are a neutral or stable runner.

Nike Running Shoe
"I put this shoe on and it felt like I had been "wearing it" forever. It was a such a good DEAL and an EXCELLENT fit! I workout often, so I wear my shoes out very fast and every time I order on line or purchase athletic shoes in the store, they fit GREAT!"

Not a Running Shoe
"I bought these shoes to train for my next 5K. On my 1st and 2nd run I got terrible blisters on the arches of my feet and my ankles and knees started aching terribly. I took them back and purchased a completely different shoe and I have none of the above problems. I don't know if I got a bad shoe or if these just are not designed well for running? I do not recommend."
