*Your pronation type is determined by the natural motion your feet apply throughout your running gait. When you pronate your foot rolls from either the outer edge, inner edge or not at all. If your foot rolls to the outer edge when you run, you are an underpronator, if it rolls to the inner edge you are a overpronator and if your foot doesn't roll at all you are a neutral or stable runner.

What a Surprise!
"Was in DSW and tried these on a whim while waiting for my wife to shop. I run many marathons. Have always bought from specialty running stores/websites, so I thought these would be a joke to try on. The light weight was impressive. Immediately loved the cushioning and I always wear a wide shoe, but didn't need it here (shocker). Run-down: order 1/2 size larger, length is true, wider than average, neutral pronation and non-stablizing.8 weeks and 150 miles later it is still running true; lost a little cushioning but that's expected. I have had lower spine pain during and after runs for years, but this is the first shoe to totally eliminate it during and after a run. Usually estra cushioning adds weight or is too sponge-like. Not the case here. It is like running on air with a quick rebound after heel strike. All for a shoe under $70! So I bought 2 more pairs. Hey, I can buy 2 pairs for the $135 I normally pay my normal NB and Asics! Only sold through DSW. Don't let the low cost fool you."
