Great Upbeat Retro Styling
"These are just plain fun to wear. I purchased the neon green, purple (which is slightly magenta), royal blue and grey combination which I can wear with a myriad of outfits from work out to casual. The color combo has a very collegiate vibe. Initially not as comfortable as all of my other New Balance shoes, but after wearing them for a while they felt really good, just a tiny bit stiffer. Again I'm so happy with this brand!"

"Perfect sneaks to wear while running errands with rolled up skinny jeans and a sweatshirt. Love the retro styling. I have the grey/green/pink and the colors are great together! They feel solid and secure on my feet. Not AS comfy as my NB 550s, but still very good. I went up a half-size in these."

Fun shoe, shape - not sleek
"I actually ended up returning this shoe, but I will say it is actually a fine shoe. The only reason I returned it, is because the shape was less streamlined, more typical New Balance shape, than what I had imagined, but that was probably my fault for not really considering the shoe from every angle visually. I think if you don't mind a more robust looking shoe, something a little more athletic than 'lifestyle' this will be a cute shoe. I returned this and bought the New Balance High Roller (501) I think which has a slightly more streamlined profile and toe. Size is true to size, which is what I find to always be the case with New Balance. I usually wear a 6.5, which is what I purchased here (occassionally I buy a 6 in shoe brands that tend to run large such as Nine West or Sperry), but with NB the 6.5-my true size- is perfect."
