*Your pronation type is determined by the natural motion your feet apply throughout your running gait. When you pronate your foot rolls from either the outer edge, inner edge or not at all. If your foot rolls to the outer edge when you run, you are an underpronator, if it rolls to the inner edge you are a overpronator and if your foot doesn't roll at all you are a neutral or stable runner.

Good, not great shoe
"These are better shoes than New balance's cheaper models, but they should be better for their price range. They are still somewhat heavy and the cushioning is very stiff in the sole, not surprising for something that bills itself as a trail runner. Regardless they are some of the only shoes you can find in extra wide widths, which I need."

"I got these shoes because New Balance no longer makes the 475 ones that I liked but these ones seem to be comparable."

Re- buying New Balance
"My husband loves New Balance, and he also love this new pair I got him. They look very cool and have enough support for somebody with a flat foot."
