*Your pronation type is determined by the natural motion your feet apply throughout your running gait. When you pronate your foot rolls from either the outer edge, inner edge or not at all. If your foot rolls to the outer edge when you run, you are an underpronator, if it rolls to the inner edge you are a overpronator and if your foot doesn't roll at all you are a neutral or stable runner.

Happy feet, happy pace!!
"My go to, out of box, no blisters, not cute but functional running shoes went through an update that I didn't love, so I went on a bloody and painful quest to find a new shoe. After about 4 test shoes I finally found the Sayonara.I'm a fan of a "minimal-ish" (8mm drop), yet supportive running shoes and these fit the bill. It's tricky since I have a really wide foot and somehow there aren't many wide width women's minimal supportive shoes. The Sayonara women's shoe is not wide, yet it doesn't have any weird binding on the toe box area so it doesn't feel super tight even with a light sock on.I took these babies out of the box and went out for 400 meters sprints this morning. Great light ride with a hint of stability. I just purchased a men's pair to see if the width would be a little better since I have races coming up. (I don't have issues with wearing ugly colored shoes)I love any shoe where there's not a 'break-in' period.. I don't have time for that. I need to run!!"
