*Your pronation type is determined by the natural motion your feet apply throughout your running gait. When you pronate your foot rolls from either the outer edge, inner edge or not at all. If your foot rolls to the outer edge when you run, you are an underpronator, if it rolls to the inner edge you are a overpronator and if your foot doesn't roll at all you are a neutral or stable runner.

adorable and comfy - but...
"They seem short. I'm between a 7 and 7.5, saw an earlier review that these run large so I went with the 7. Not for my feet. They feel fine when at rest but as soon as you start walking my 3rd & 4th toes rub up against where the fabric and rubber meet on the toe. Bummer."

Uncomfortable on the front
"I run regularly. So I have several running shoes. Saucony, Munizo, and others. I've bought this brand before however, these shoes rub your foot at the top and break the skin. I'm simultaneously training for several half marathons, triathlons and a Ironman 70.3. I've had this shoe about 3 weeks and I don't like it. It feels like there's no support and I've even added my inserts from my podiatrist. Munizo's are expensive and I wish I could return this shoe."

for gym, not running
"These run big - order down at least a half size. I would not run in these, but I love them for weights, biking, etc. I wish I would have known how big they run, because now mine feel a little floppy. I love the cute style and they are super lightweight. I only gave 4 stars because Mizuno sizing is all over the map depending on which style you buy."

Not for me
"I bought these shoes expecting something else. They were not what I was looking for. My last pair of Mizunos were a size 9.5 and fit perfectly but these were way too big. They were way too flat and did not offer much support. I realize that they are lightweight but my feet felt so naked in them!"
