"Just as other reviewers noted they are rather big in the ankles. I wear a bulky sock under them. They do make my ankles look a bigger but it could also be that the suede does not reflect the light like a smooth leather would so between the slouching suede and the dullness of the suede they are not slimming."

"I have thicker calves and I don't usually order boots online because of this... but I absolutely love these boots! The only reason why I gave them 4 stars is because they seem to run a little big for an 8 1/2, but with inserts, they are perfect!! Love Love Love!!"

"These are very comfortable and cute boots, and the wide calf fits great. The only drawback is the ankles are really wide too, so they tend to look baggy at the bottom. I found they tend to droop down if I walk a lot, and I have to tug the top back up. Overall these are cute boots, and I like them. I especially like the leather foot with the suede leg."

"These boots are absolutely gorgeous and super comfy! They look really expensive. My only complaint is that they tend to slouch down throughout the day. I find myself having to pull them up. I could never wear them with a skirt/dress, but nevertheless I love them."
