What I expected
"These boots will keep my feet warm and dry during our coldest and snowiest months of winter."

"I was excited to use these on an upcoming Colorado trip, but was disappointed with how they fit. The picture is misleading as they are in a rain boot type of shell, and therefore cannot be tightened with the laces at all. My ankle had about an inch clearance inside all around. I needed these for 3+ feet of snow, but stepping in a huge drift would mean lots of snow inside. I returned them, but they would probably be great for someone with a much larger calf."

Cut into my calf
"Unfortunately, the shaft of the boot is very stiff, and cut into my calf at the back. My calf got sore just from trying them out around the house. Also, my heel slid up and down. Sending them back."
