"These shoes have a few main issues: 1. These are the loudest shoes that I have ever owned. The stacked heels are so noisy and very annoying. 2. These shoes run large. Then, the suede stretches a lot, so they end up being very wide and loose after only a few wears. 3. The shoes have very thin soles and no traction. I cannot wear these shoes in the rain/snow because I slip and fall all over the place. They make my feet sore because the soles are flimsy. All that being said, they are cute shoes, but I can barely justify wearing them."

Cute, but I don't expect them to last long
"I bought these booties shortly before a trip and walked many miles in them almost right out of the box with little discomfort (no rubbing, just some soreness from lack of cushion and arch support). The sole is very hard, slick, and rigid at first, but after a couple days the sole of the shoe had worn off, exposing a much softer, grippier, more flexible black rubber underneath. Now my concern is that I'll wear the sole out under the ball of my foot if I do a lot of walking in these booties! I have already worn down the heel (which is a hard plastic) a few mm in just a couple weeks. I bought these with a coupon; I definitely would not pay full price because I do not expect them to last long. There is no arch support; the insole is flat and firm. The insole is not removable and I do not think there is room to add an insert, but maybe you could get away with something very thin.I get a ton of compliments on these booties. I have the taupe, and they are terrific with skinny jeans or with dark tights and a skirt. The taupe does look very grayish in certain light; I actually took them to the store to compare (I ordered online) to make sure I hadn't been sent the gray by mistake."

"These booties are nice looking online but in person they look really cheap and they feel flimsy (like they won't last). If they were at the $35-45 price point it might worth it, but for $70 you can buy much better quality shoes that will last longer. I will be returning these."
