"I got these in wide calf because they were on sale and they are really wide but boot socks they are perfect!"

"I fell in love with these boots, ordered them online and was still in love with them when they arrived. Only problem is even though they are for wide calves, they were just a little too snug for me. I don't believe it was the fault of the boots, it's these "man calves" I've got! So, my daughter is tickled to death to have a new pair of boots! I'm envious every time I see her wear them. They are a great color, and go with so many things!"

Perfect-With Some Modifications!
"Bought 3 colors of these Coconuts boots - kept the black and brown, returned the distressed (this color looked a little like fake leather). Gave it 4 stars because of the work I put into the boots before wearing! Boots are very cute - lower heel and great toe shape - just what I wanted - without breaking the bank! Boots were tight in calf, which I expected because I have bigger calves. Used leather stretch spray in the calf area and in the 'pinky toe' area, several times to make sure they stretched enough. This worked very well. I also oiled the zipper a few times - really helped to make it easier to zip. The biggest modification was in the heel area - the plastic piece inside of the lining, that forms the heel. It was jagged and pushed into the area under my outer ankle bone. I made a 3 " cut in the lining, up and down, above this area, so I could get to the plastic piece, and trimmed the plastic heel piece down quite a bit. Now they are very comfortable! This is a lot to go through but worth it - now I have 2 pairs of very comfortable, cute and affordable boots."
