*Your pronation type is determined by the natural motion your feet apply throughout your running gait. When you pronate your foot rolls from either the outer edge, inner edge or not at all. If your foot rolls to the outer edge when you run, you are an underpronator, if it rolls to the inner edge you are a overpronator and if your foot doesn't roll at all you are a neutral or stable runner.

Light & Comfortable
"Brooks is known for making great shoes. This pair is light, comfortable and great for running. Great traction too. They fit like a glove with cushion all around. Lots of support. I have a neutral stride, yet these are designed for over/under, not sure which. They do work fine for me though. They said they would work for neutral, yet would stick to ones are truly are designed for neutral next time."

Great running shoe!
"I over pronate when I run and have found this shoe to be the perfect fit for me. Also, I have a narrow heel and this fits well. The size runs true to size. The shoes are very light compared to other running shoes I have bought in the past. Running in these shoes is amazing!"

"This show was already worn which I wasn't expecting. I am going to retrun it because it has aleady started to form to someone elses foot. Otherwise I'm pleased with the purchase."

Great running shoes
"I got these shoes after dealing with a bunch of injuries that were thought to be related to running too much on my heels. I bought these shoes because they have a smaller heel/toe drop(4mm) than the average running shoes (which is about 10mm) which can be conducive to running more on the middle/front of your foot. I was warned to wean in to them due to this and my injury issues, and once I did, I loved them! They are very comfy and lightweight. The size itself was consistent with what I normally wear, but I did find that mine ran narrow, especially in the middle of my feet. I got them stretched out enough that it eventually didn't bother me, but if you have wide feet this could be a problem. These shoes are part of the Pure Project line from Brooks, and only projected to last about 250 miles or so. I did notice mine started wearing down much earlier than other pairs of shoes. That being said, I really like the look of them and hope to get some non-running casual use out of them for a little while more."
