love them!
"I've been looking for a pair of black lace up booties that have a low heel for awhile now and these are the perfect pair! I was nervous since the reviews were saying that it ran narrow, but 7.5 was sold out, so I just went with my usual 7 and it fit snugly on my feet with socks. I was super thrilled and I was able to dance all night in them! It's the perfect pair to match with any outfit to either dress up or down in. I'm quite happy with my purchase!"

Comfy once broken in
"I purchased the tan color in my usual size 8M, and have owned them for about a month now. My feet are slightly wider than average, the right more so than the left (but you can't order shoes in two different sizes/widths, so...), and these are narrow enough for them to be tight on the right foot, but perfect in the left. There was a break-in period of about two day-long wears before they reached that point, and I think that since these are real leather that the right boot will continue to relax in width with more wear. They are not tight in the toes, but in the ball of the foot. In spite of my unique case where the left foot takes an M width and the right is a borderline W, thus emphasizing the slightly narrow run of this shoe, I'd still recommend them.Tip: Like me, you may have to loosen the laces on the boot ALL the way to get them on, or it'll feel like you're trying to cram a ham in there. But once on they feel great. ALSO: oil these boots, or apply a waterproofer to them; since they are real brushed leather, they will mark and spot if you don't.I LOVE the look of these boots, from the truly neutral color to the brogue detailing. They also make my feet look tiny, and the BF thinks they look cute, a compliment which none of the other boots in my wardrobe have earned. So far I've worn them with leggings, bootcut jeans, skinny jeans, and once to work (corporate environment) when I was in a pinch (dogs.chewed.shoes.ugh). They could probably work with a long or short skirt since they are so dainty, so overall these are very unexpectedly versatile! The construction is sturdy and the quality is right for the price. They are comfortable enough for all-day wear (though I do wear higher heels than these on a regular basis, so I may be a bit desensitized)."

Stiff, but so cute!
"These are great quality boots and look great! That said they ARE very stiff. I bought mink oil and have been working them in for the last few days, and I have absolutely seen a difference. I plan to take these on a long overseas trip in a week, so I really hope I won't have to update this I a negative way!"
