*Your pronation type is determined by the natural motion your feet apply throughout your running gait. When you pronate your foot rolls from either the outer edge, inner edge or not at all. If your foot rolls to the outer edge when you run, you are an underpronator, if it rolls to the inner edge you are a overpronator and if your foot doesn't roll at all you are a neutral or stable runner.

Great Shoes for the price
"These are my second pair of Asics. My first pair were more expensive, but these feel just as wonderful. I own a great deal of high-priced Nike shoes and these are just as comfortable, if not more comfortable. I use these shoes at the gym and on trips where I will be walking a fair amount."

A bit narrow
"These are pretty sturdy and heavy for a running shoe. They offer a lot of cushion and support. I have a tendency to get a pinched nerve if shoes are even slightly tight around the ball of my foot. These aggravated the pinched nerve with the first few wears. I was able to correct this by using an insert, but I'm disappointed that I have to use an insert with these. Hopefully, with more wear, they will soften up and not aggravate the nerve."

GREAT paved trail shoe
"This shoe turned out to be the perfect one for one of my favorite runs through a park with a paved but slightly uneven trail. It has a more stable heel than some other shoes, which helps prevent turned ankles, but its still light enough to be comfortable. There is enough padding to shield your foot, but not so much that it feels squishy, and I was able to use the included laces to do the wide forefoot lacing technique. I'm a big fan of bright colored running shoes, and these fit the bill perfectly. I'm an Asics girl all the way, and these did not disappoint."

awesome sneaer
"I have been working on completing a 10k app so I'm doing a lot of running. I have found as I get older I need stability/support as well as cushion for the joints - this sneaker provides both. I know from past purchases this brand holds up quite well but when I need to I will look to purchase this exact sneak again."
