DSW Rewards® members and DSW Premier Rewards® members often receive great deals on shipping. Log in to dsw.com to see if an offer is displayed on the home page.

Non-members, or anyone using Guest Checkout, will be charged for shipping.

For most addresses in the continental U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii, dsw.com offers 3 levels of delivery service. Second and Next Business Day deliveries are available services for most parts of AK and HI, and some remote locations. Shipping service options for your area will be displayed at checkout

For P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses and Puerto Rico, only Standard Shipping is available.

Sorry, international shipping is not available at this time.

Please Note:
  • Second and Next Business Day Delivery orders placed after 4:00 p.m. ET will not be processed until the following business day.
  • Standard delivery may take 7-14 business days for final delivery to some AK, HI, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO destinations.
  • FedEx SmartPost partners with the U.S. Postal Service to make standard deliveries.
  • Random orders are briefly held for additional verification which may delay shipping of your order.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses
Follow these steps to send our fabulous footwear to multiple destinations:
  • Proceed to checkout.
  • Fill out billing and shipping information.
  • When you see the Shipping Method section, click "Add Addresses."
  • Fill out additional address info and select shipping method.
  • Click "Continue."
  • The Promotions page will display for you to enter any promotions or certificates. If you don't have any, click "Skip to Payment" to move to the Multiple Shipments page.
  • The Multiple Shipments page will display each item with details on where it’s being shipped. To change the address of an item, click the "Choose a Different Address" or "Enter a New Address" link (depending on whether you’ve already stored that address with us).
  • Once the displayed shipping address reflects the correct information, click "Continue" to move to the Payment page.
